Our company’s objective is the production and trading of qualitative and traditional products which will satisfy consumer needs and will fulfill legislation patterns.

Throughout the entire chain, from the farm to the consumer, thorough quality controls are carried out, according to the legislation in force and the controlling plans levied by HACCP system, which the business employs.

In summary, the following are carried out:

  1. Testing of the quality of milk during collection
  2. Microbiological analyses of milk in collaborating accredited laboratories
  3. Analyses of milk by ΕΛ.Ο.Γ (Greek Organization of Milk) at regular intervals
  4. Physiochemical and biological analyses of the end product in outside accredited laboratories.

The procedures of processing and control secure an end product which is free of milk’s pathogenic organisms but still one which retains all milk’s valuable components unchanged so that consumers can enjoy our products offering their body deserved health and well-being, on a daily basis.
