Chanian Creatopita (meat pie)
Ingredients:

Preparation:
Filling:
- Cut the meat into small portions and put it in a stewpot. Cover it with water and boil until it softens.
- Let the meat cool, pluck it and put it in a bowl.
Pastry-sheet:
- Put about half a kilo of flour in a pan, make a hollow at the centre and add the eggs, yogurt, oil and lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the rest of the flour little by little continually working on the mixture until it forms into dough that can roll into pastry.
- Oil a glass baking pan, roll out a pastry-sheet with the half of the dough and lay it at the bottom of the pan.
- Spread a layer of the meat (about half of it) over the sheet. Spread a layer of pichtogalo mingled with tyromalama, chopped mint and the rest of the meat and cover with a sheet rolled out with the rest of the dough.
Covering:
- Oil the sheet using a little brush and sprinkle sesame over its surface.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees.
