Balantinos traditional sheep’s yogurt is daily produced in our plant and distributed fresh to selling points all over Crete.
It is made of solely fresh Cretan sheep’s milk without any addition of preservatives.

It has 6% fat and its life span is about ten days since the day of making, on condition that it is preserved under proper temperature.
